The staff at Kathryn Griffis Elementary believe that all students can learn at high academic levels while also fostering their social and emotional growth. They accept responsibility for teaching all students. The school's goals are to achieve a 1:1 student to computer ratio, have all teachers proficient in technology use, increase computer lab use, and provide more professional development opportunities by 2020. Currently, the school has made progress but has not fully achieved the advanced technology goals for teaching, learning, educator development, leadership, infrastructure, and support that are targeted for 2020.
